sTARTER

The Starter is a series of 3 one to one coaching sessions south of the river in Perth or via zoom where we reveal your problem and use some powerful life coaching tools that see you moving intentionally and deliberately toward results you want in your life. 

What you will get 

A real awareness of what is causing you to feel stuck using a powerful coaching technique. 

Exploration and creation of a result you want in your life and a road map to get there. 

Development of the mindset needed to make change. 

Formulation of strategies to overcome potential obstacles that will keep you stuck.

Accountability and actions to implement each week that will move you toward your goal. 

Emotional management tools to improve wellbeing, prevent buffering, and take action. 

Recognition of unhelpful expectations we have of ourselves and others that are a barrier to the relationship we have with ourselves or with others.

3 x 1 hour one to one coaching sessions in person South of the River or via zoom.

Brief notes following the session so you can just have space to focus on you, an awareness of what you want and clarity on how you are going to get there.

Think of these coaching programs like the second course. The longer you spend doing this work, the more you will get out of it. The way to the other side of challenges is through them.

Through workshops your people will spend focussed time revealing habitualized patterns that keep them stuck. They will spend time envisioning and creating a new goal and learn some tools to help them continue to take the action to achieve and sustain their goal.

Through my training I help people reveal what is keeping them stuck and create the motivation necessary to keep taking action toward their goals.  

 

I am a firm believer in consistency over perfectionism when it comes to building new habits and will help people challenge unhelpful beliefs that see them giving up on their goals because they haven’t been able to do them perfectly. The only way you quit is if you fail.
